Though it's a good place to get what you need, it is unfortunate that it rules much of the economy of our town. I would be much happier to pay a little more and to buy locally, but unfortunately that option isn't always available.
I wanted to buy the New York Style bagel chips in roasted garlic. They are always out. These are soooo popular, that they are always out. I keep asking them to get more. Now they tell me that they are not going to order those, but they will order the others. The others sit on the shelf and the roasted garlic is always sold out. Makes no sense to me why they do this. I will stop going to this store. Every time I ask for them to order something, they say yes, it never happens. I ordered the Michigan brand cottage cheese and they never did. Only cottage cheese I like and many other people do too that I know. So I go to Kroger. Also asked if we could get Purina one smartblend weight control formula in 8lb bag. They had it for a long time, then stopped. I asked them to get it back and said yes, they will get it for me as well as the Michigan brand cottage cheese, and never did. That was lying to me. I go to get other things they've always had, either they are out, or never have it again. Thijngs are out all the time. Not very Happy with thus supposedly Superstore at all. Telling u this to see if we can get it fixed or I will stop going there at all. So it is up to corporate office to fix this pathetic store. Oh also at Christmas last year, was rudely talked to by the manager. Almost didn't come back then. This is stores last chance for me, a lots if my friends.
Cville Walmart is ok but wish it was bigger so they could offer more like Richmond Indiana walmart
Connersville Wal-Mart is okay. It has some issues that need to be addressed. Like most wally world's they have 20 registers and you will not see more than 3 open no matter how busy they are. They know when their peak business hours are. They should be properly prepared for this. It shows a serious lack of scheduling experience/ability on behalf of the manager in charge of the cashiers schedue. The pharmacy is seriously under staffed and is backed up on prescriptions every time I go in there. It is an hour to an hour and a half wait on prescriptions every single time. I actually thought they told everyone this wait time regardless of how busy they were. If you drop off a script and you happen to know someone working in the pharmacy amazingly your ready for pick up in 10 to 15 mins. ahead of people that were already waiting. Two of the ladies that work in the pharmacy one is a young 20 something sandy blonde and the other is a 40 something, heavy set, glasses, and short hair. They are abrasive, unhelpful, and act as if you are an inconvenience to them. The other employees excluding pharmacist have been helpful and friendly but ask you to please call the customer number and tell them to put more people in the pharmacy because they are so swamped whenever you complain to them about the wait. You always have to hunt someone down to get help or check out in electronics. We have noticed that recently the toy dept. and automotive have been more organized, stocked, and there is someone nearby to help you when your in need of assistance. Perhaps if the rest of the store could do whatever toys and automotive have been doing lately your shopping experience would head and shoulders above the current non-sence you must endure. I stopped in twice today to see if U2's "Songs of Experience" was in stock. They had the other new releases except that one. I would think they would have the latest album by the world's biggest band, but no dice. Then again, I'm not really surprised. Connersville's Wal-Mart has always had issues stocking the latest product. On the bright side, the staff is always friendly & helpful, especially the third shifters.
