Our furnace has been acting up so after being recommended by someone I call k&k. Came the first time he cleaned something and thought that would take care of the problem. It didn’t. I called right back and he promptly came back but couldn’t figure out what the problem is and would have to get his boss over. Ok here it is almost 24 hours later and I haven’t heard a word from anyone. My house keeps getting colder and colder. We called someone else and they are so booked they won’t be able to get here for another 5 days. I mentioned to 2 different people today about our furnace not working and what we have went through without mentioning names and both have said let me guess K&K we have been th right the same thing more than once. Would not recommend to anyone!!!
