Asked to order flowers for a funeral tomorrow over the phone. Worker asked if I could hold. I held for more than 7 min all while listening to the cash register and various loud clanging by the receiver. They were obviously busy...but if she had been friendly and attempted to be helpful I wouldn't be so frustrated. So, I will wait and call another shop first thing in the morning. Sometimes you only get on chance. Customer service matters. Tone of voice and presentation matter.
