Staff,if you call back,are totally clueless and try to pass you off to others there,or get you to come back for a follow-up.
Both NP (nurse practitioners) are about as clueless as the office staff. Will argue with you what the meds your on currently are for (I'm not an MD,but I do know CRESTOR IS A CHOLESTEROL MEDICATION... It is NOT an analgesic as one claimed!!!
Went in for a physical and tests that were ordered.
A follow up for what,when they did absolutely NOTHING that was ordered!!!

Listened to my lungs. Told me to exercise and lose weight. That's it...that's what they call a physical. Wasn't there for weight loss,never did the tests that were ordered.
Saw a NP....there isn't an MD at the facility, they have nurses operating funding his license.
