Our server went out of the way to go get chocolate milk for our 3 year old when they did not have it in the store. Great service. Food was good too. Pizza is pizza. It's like music in the air

On 12/15/17 we placed an online order for 4 large pizzas to pick up on 12/17/17 at 4pm. At 4:10 I get a text from my sister saying the pizzas weren't ready because they had another order for 9 pizzas. This really put a cramp in our plans for our family get-together planned at 4:30 west of Hagerstown. So, what shouldn't have been our problem, became our problem. If they had that many orders they should have planned ahead and had all the pizzas ready to go through the ovens to be ready at the scheduled times. What's the sense of ordering online if the store cannot meet the orders? That won't happen again, because from now on we'll drive the 20 minutes out of the way to get them from New Castle because we know they won't let us down! If it were possible, Connersville would get a negative rating.
Very tasty pizza and clean restaraunt to eat at. The ordering process here is kinda chaotic here. Always seems short on help. Never count on order being ready when they say
Lazy workers. Don't get up to seat you, just tell you where to sit while sitting on their ass. Change the channel on the tv that you are watching, without asking if you were watching it. Total disrespect! Will never go back and would never suggest anyone come to this pizza hut!
