Went through the drive thru. Order taker was rude. Person taking money was even more rude. And was missing food!!!
Service was awful. They had six people behind the counter doing nothing. Everyone was waiting on their food for a long time. They were out of Coke. What fast food restaurant runs out of Coke. The fountain machine in the dining area was leaking and the carpet was completely saturated with water or soda. Ordered my Baconator plain and after waiting what seemed like forever it was still wrong. They put ketchup and mayo on it. Had to take it back and wait again. This Wendy's needs some new management. Not my first bad experience their.
The food is good Wendy's food. The outside is kept clean. The store needs a management change people follow the managers attitude and she not a pleasant person
If possible, I'd give this place zero stars. The management staff is rude, the service is poor and the quality of the food is a joke, even for fast food.
This place used to be a pretty good restaurant. However over the past 5 years or so I seems all they hire are very rude highschool kids or barley out of school but either way very rare to meet a decent employee at this restaurant as I it's a requirement to be an @$$hole in order to get a job there. The food has been awful for quite a long time and don't do dare think you are gonna get a somewhat decent order of fries here they are ALWAYS soggy and cold and the same can be said about their once great chicken nuggets. Avoid this place as the food will not live up to the price. You will be highly disappointed! Hate to be so negative but this place is just awful!
